I know the question will come up, why charge per hr? Well, I know that there will be questions and some folks have more and some less. Everyone in the world pays for they get. Ask as many or as few questions. Billed per week and expect payment within 24 hrs via Paypal.

If you feel at any time you want to just convert the listing to our standard 6% commissions, All money that has been paid and or owed will be deducted at closing, so no double-dipping on our end! All that both sides agree to will need to be in writing, with no exceptions, Email or paper, No verbal or txt messages.
